About DigMe

DigMe is a site induction and safety certification platform built for the transport and logistics industry. It connects companies that operate industrial or commercial sites with the drivers who need to deliver to, collect from, or move through those sites safely.

Companies use DigMe to create detailed site-specific induction content covering emergency response, PPE requirements, site hazards, incident reporting, pedestrian and vehicle movement, speed limits, hazardous goods handling, and ammonia use. They can upload annotated satellite maps showing entry gates, access roads, inwards goods areas, and dispatch zones, and they can build custom quizzes with multiple-choice and true/false questions to verify that every driver understands the site rules before arriving.

Drivers use DigMe to find companies, review their delivery and pickup instructions, complete the required induction and quiz, and receive a time-limited certificate that proves they are inducted and cleared to enter the site. Certificates expire after 12, 24, or 36 months depending on the company's settings, and reminders are sent before expiry so drivers stay compliant.

DigMe is built on the Base44 platform, which provides the secure authentication, database, and hosting infrastructure that keeps company and driver data protected. Each company only sees its own induction content, maps, and certificates, and each driver only sees their own records.
